God's Calling
In loving memory of the Founders: Jesus Christ and Pastor JoVah; Joan Marie Journey who God called to take a journey for Christ, from her home in Pataskala, Ohio. God led her to Newark, Ohio; where she encouraged others to take a journey for Christ. On May 1, 1973 she held the first Bible study on Hudson St. in Newark, Ohio.
A history and loving memory of a true and faithful born-again Christian and predestinated son of the Living God. Pastor JoVah felt it was a great blessing to have received the Holy Ghost while coming up out of the water, baptized in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. After baptism, she realized this put her in the footprints of the beloved Master of us all. Little did she know that JESUS had a special calling for her future. For; He had placed her in the midst of the chosen ones to minister THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST.
